George Kalivas, owner, with over 40 year of experience enchanting restaurant guest with high quality food and superior service, has put together a team of chefs to delight our customers. Since 2008, our Chefs have combined their unique backgrounds, Culinary Institute training, and work in distinguished American eclectic, nouveau Italian and Asian fusion restaurants in NY, NJ and abroad, to deliver cuisine you will thoroughly enjoy.

Our new executive chef Shawn Paul Dalziel is the perfect addition to Bistro 18. He fuses the "best of the best" from his days in San Francisco and NYC restaurants including Recipe, Blue Water Grill, Rocco's 22 Street (with celebrity chef Rocco DiSpirito), Delfina and Aqua. You will truly savor and admire his cuisine offerings.
